Frequently Asked Questions
What is your return policy?
All sales are final upon purchase. However, replacements are allowed for products that are defective upon point of delivery (ex. board split, wood plug missing/fell out, product damage upon delivery, etc.).
Is the product treated?
Yes. All our products are treated on the exterior with Penofin, a Brazilian rosewood oil to provide UV protection and a golden finish. This finish may be reapplied every 6-12 months to help extend life and color of the product as it gets exposed to sun light.
Do you do custom sizes/builds?
YES WE DO!!! Please feel free to reach out via phone or email and we will see if we can bring your vision to life!
Are your products machine manufactured and assembled?
Nope! All of our products are 100% handcrafted. Each piece of cedar you see was hand selected by one of our woodworking artisans to create a unique, one-of-a-kind piece of art. From part fabrication to assembly, we take pride in building everything with our hands.
